GROW YOGA is a modern form of yoga based on the original Indian yoga teachings - light, flowing, dynamic, creative and non-dogmatic. The goal is not the perfect asana, but rather a good body feeling and a conscious connection to yourself.- regardless of how flexible someone is or how long they have been practicing yoga.

Yoga strengthens your self-confidence, helps you to achieve inner peace and gives you patience and mindfulness in everyday life. This will promote your strengths and give your life a positive attitude.
Meditation can also help you create a happy and fulfilling life.
Brain research has now shown that meditation leads to improved self-awareness and self-regulation and thus to a positive influence on the autonomic nervous system in the sense of a relaxation reaction. Meditation also promotes the regulation of emotions. Through meditation and practicing mindfulness, dealing with pain, fears or depression can be influenced positively.
