Personal Yoga enables a yoga practice that is individually tailored to you.

Every human is unique. Depending on temperament, health, life situation and age, the needs for physical and mental balance are very specific.


Personal yoga with GROW YOGA depends on your physical constitution and

your wishes. You are flexible in terms of space and time and receive tailor-made lessons that motivate, invigorate, relax and bring you closer to your personal goals.

Do you want healthy, motivated, productive and satisfied employees in your company? Then offer them yoga as part of corporate health promotion. (§ 20b - SGB).

Health prevention in the company pays off and numerous studies have now proven that yoga in particular is effective. Yoga promotes concentration, physical well-being, correct posture, relieves tension and helps to reduce stress.


The world of work has changed massively even after the end of the corona pandemic. Intensified work, financial burdens caused by crises and inflation and the ongoing push for digitalization mean that many employees are under high psychological pressure.


In addition to a healthy diet and enough sleep, yoga can also provide a health-promoting counterbalance. As a holistic and universally applicable health method, yoga does not only work in a physical sense. Mental health and quality of life can also be improved with yoga.


Business yoga is therefore more than internal health promotion, more than just stress management, it is prevention, personal development and stress management at the same time.

During business yoga, the abdominal, back, throat and neck muscles are relaxed, stretched and strengthened and special eye exercises have a balancing effect on screen work. Yoga deep relaxation techniques and meditation also have a similar effect to a few hours of deep sleep.


Many companies therefore use business yoga specifically to have a lasting positive effect on their employees.

I would be happy to present you with an individual concept or, after a personal conversation, develop your tailor-made BUSINESS YOGA program for your employees on site, provided you can provide suitable rooms or online via ZOOM/Teams.


I also offer yoga at company events, seminars and conferences and work here with other yoga teachers and experts in the areas of coaching and psychological counseling.
